Within the campus are six specialized museums—covering pathology, silviculture, timber, entomology, social forestry, and non?wood forest products. There’s also a herbarium, library, arboreta, laboratories, a printing press, experimental field areas, and a popular botanical museum. FRI draws both researchers and tourists, and has served as a filming location for Bollywood hits like Student of the Year.
